Graphic Designer

Our client is a dynamic, high-growth eCommerce brand at the forefront of Australia’s eco-cleaning revolution. They are on a mission to transform homes and the planet through their powerful, certified-safe cleaning system that removes unnecessary chemicals, single-use plastics, and wasteful overconsumption. 

This role is for a detail-focused Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This mid-level role is perfect for someone who combines fresh ideas with on brand design - and knows how to create eye catching clickable content. Working closely with the Creative & Content Lead, Creative Team, and broader Marketing Team you will bring BAU and campaign content to life: across web, email, ads, socials, and print. While helping ensure their brand remains visually consistent and elevated.

Responsibilities:

With support and direction from the Creative & Content Lead, you will:

  • Design on-brand assets for EDMs, website, paid ads, and organic content
  • Execute web-ready creative across desktop, mobile, and tablet - ensuring designs are optimised for user experience and performance
  • Contribute creative ideation - staying aligned with the brand
  • Collaborate across departments to produce high-quality design for BAU, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Ensuring delivery is on time and to brief
  • Manage and retouch product and eCommerce photography to optimise for website
  • Contribute to design and print collateral (when required)
  • Use Figma as a key tool for design and collaboration
  • Attend and support product shoots, guiding execution with brand consistency
  • Manage multiple deadlines with efficiency, detail, and creativity

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years in a graphic design role, ideally eCommerce or consumer goods
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshops, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience using Figma for design and collaboration
  • Strong understanding of email, web, paid and organic creative best practices
  • Experience in photo editing and retouching, especially for eComm/product imagery
  • Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and commercial outcomes
  • Comfortable working under pressure, multiple projects and meeting fast-paced deadlines
  • Team-first mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bonus if you’re curious about AI tools
