This role will be working 3 day inhouse with the client and 2 days working at the agency. This is a key conduit role responsible for Below the Line activity to deliver on commercial objectives at Point of Purchase.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, this role leads the development and delivery of Brand, Customer and Shopper/Channel activation strategies with key customer partners.
As the face of the agency within this clients business, you will be a skilled Client Manager, able to navigate stakeholder relationships with little oversight, and be buttoned down in processes, able to work well autonomously.
The right person for this role will be approachable, empathetic, and willing to get stuck in. There will be multi-tasking required, and you can balance a number of projects at one time. Strong relationships are required in this role with internal and external stakeholder management a vital aspect. Graphic Designer
Are you a skilled designer with at least three years under your belt? Can you produce a range of collateral to support the retail proposition and drive customers online with engaging web creative?
This role is for an experienced designer to join a marketing team of three and growing, who are based in Mount Wellington, Auckland. Our client represents premium brands in the automotive industry and the collateral you will be designing will support the dealerships sales goals – this work will include POS, templated spec sheets, EDMs in MailChimp and web banners Additionally - if you have conceptual storyboarding skills, and can translate the campaign creative work into engaging storyboards, that will be used for the TVC direction – then that’s a bonus!
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating all digital, print, and social assets required for national marketing campaigns and dealer marketing templates. They are also responsible for managing creative direction for video and TVC production to help deliver consistent brand stories to drive quality leads through the websites leading to vehicle sales.
Responsibilities:
• Create and allocate all marketing assets to the media partners
• Creative direction of all brand and retail campaigns
• Direct & brief production/video editors with TV campaigns for both brand and retail campaigns
• Create website content including animated (and static) digital banners, correct imagery, and video
• Maintain brand identity across all brands
• Work with Marketing executives to conceptualise social media strategies across all brands
• Create POS artwork and Dealership Print Templates in line with campaigns
• Source and edit social imagery and video
• Other duties including, but not limited to event coordination, copywriting, marketing analysis, media agency briefing and creative direction for photo/video shoots
Competencies:
• 3+ years’ experience working in a digital design capacity
• Experience working across several types of visual media: designing website material, digital banners, email campaigns, electronic collateral, PowerPoint presentations, animated digital experience
• Must have strong working knowledge of the full Adobe Suite and include Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, HTML 5, Flash, Google Web Design, Premiere Pro
• Excellent copywriting & literary skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Sound interpersonal & influencing skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• The ability to work productively when unsupervised
• An excellent level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint & Word, as well as the ability to work with both internal & online systems is essential
• Combined with the above skills and experience you will be persistent, adaptable, and reliable
• A relevant qualification in keeping with the above requirements & competencies will be highly regarded
You will have a very strong attention to detail – as this role will be dealing with technical specification sheets. You will have solid copywriting and grammar skills, along with good production knowledge to roll out campaigns across all touchpoints. The ability to shoot stills is highly advantageous!
Working in the corporate team of four, with two direct reports, you will be given eq. amounts of autonomy and support. Parking on-site is provided along with an on-site chef who prepares fresh healthy lunches daily for $4.

Graphic Designer - Part-Time Contract

This Graphic Design role is for a 12 month part time contract (32 hours per week), where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving the visual identity for the business. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will design culturally resonant and impactful creative assets for print, digital, and social platforms. Working within a predominantly Māori and Pacific community, you will contribute to initiatives that foster engagement, understanding, and participation in regeneration projects and community programmes.
Key Role Deliverables:
Deliver high-quality, culturally relevant graphic designs that uphold brand guidelines, and support communication and marketing strategies and community engagement efforts.
Create visual assets that promote awareness and participation in housing and community programmes.
Ensure all designs align with the cultural values and aspirations of the Māori and Pacific communities.
Maintain and develop the visual identity across all brands, including the development of brand guidelines.
Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, reports, website and digital advertising graphics.

Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Video editing skills would be an advantage.
Proficiency in designing for a range of different medium, including print publications, digital marketing and social media platforms, with a deep understanding of how to design for different formats (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, websites).
Can demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, with an emphasis on projects that reflect cultural or social initiatives.
This role can be located at either their Panmure or Glen Innes offices (or both).
