Digital Marketing / Content Manager - 6 Month Contract
Are you available to start a 6 month contract - and have a hybrid skillset of digital design, content management and digital marketing? Our client is the head office of a New Zealand tertiary facility, located in Newmarket, Auckland.  This inhouse role will be working across a range of disciplines. You will have the hands on design experience using a PC (Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator). Your primary responsibility is to plan, develop, digital strategies while ensuring consistency and excellence across the business. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve brand & digital objectives and uphold their marketing digital footprint. Alongside the marketing communications manager plan, this role will develop and execute annual digital & brand plan. On a day to day you will: Test, enhance, and deploy digital campaigns to optimize response rates, and conduct thorough data analysis to make strategic adjustments accordingly. Oversee, update, and maintain the website, associated website and microsites to promote digital products/service. Oversight and tracking reporting on all social media platforms and recommend content strategy to maximise conversions. Develop new customised digital marketing strategies, suggest improvements to existing strategies and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement.  Upskill the marketing team on digital & content best practice for the web Social media best practice such as how to utilise each platform's new features and user interface. SEO & SEM best practice and continual improvement   You will have: A degree in marketing, digital design. 4 -5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably with digital communication as a core function of your role. Expertise in computer literacy and software and a strong understanding of how to maximise the potential of data and social media communications and marketing opportunities. Understanding of cloud based systems, web flow and silver stripe devl and coding. Knowledge of communications and marketing principles, including e-marketing Strong attention to detail High level of expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) and comfort to work with these programmes in PC environment. Track record/portfolio of design across channels, particularly high text and high quality, results-driven work.
