Our client is a well-loved winery and tourism destination on Waiheke Island. They are looking for a Content Creator / Producer to join their Auckland CBD-based office.
The role of Creative and Content Producer supports the day-to-day creative and content delivery across this company’s brands in wine, hospitality and tourism businesses.
This role creates and coordinates content across social, digital, CRM, web, print, hospitality and event channels. This is a hands-on, creative role suited to someone with strong design fundamentals and growing capability across photography, video and social content. The role requires someone who can deliver creative requirements while continuing to develop their creative and content skills within a diverse portfolio of premium brands.
You will work with photographers and videographers, creative and design partners, printers and production suppliers and other content creators and collaborators. You bring at least 2 years' experience across graphic design, content creation, social media or a related creative role. You have a strong working knowledge of Adobe CC, with experience producing digital, social and print assets within established brand guidelines.
You have practical experience in photography, image editing and short-form video capture and editing, including event and on-location content.
You have experience managing and publishing organic social content using Meta Business Suite and/or social scheduling platforms. You may have a working knowledge of Canva, Klaviyo or similar email platforms, Shopify or other CMS, and basic print production desirable. If you have worked in wine, food, hospitality, tourism, lifestyle or consumer brands then this could be advantageous but not essential.
Content Creation, Design and Social:
Plan, capture and produce regular photography, short-form video and social content across wine, hospitality, tourism, events and experiences.
Capture product, vineyard, winemaking, food, people, events, launches, partnerships and behind-the-scenes stories.
Produce and publish posts, Stories, Reels and other channel-specific content within established brand direction, content pillars and tone of voice.
Maintain day-to-day social content calendars and scheduling.
Community management.
Monitor content performance and use learnings to improve future creative.
Support coordination of specialist photographers, videographers and creators for larger-scale production where required.
Produce high-quality creative across digital, social, CRM, web, print, hospitality, events, and trade channels.
Develop campaign assets, paid and organic social creative, EDM and website assets, menus, POS, signage, event collateral and wine release material.
Adapt campaign creative across channels, formats and business units while maintaining consistent execution across distinct brand identities.

5-8+ years of industry experience in a similar role

Design Development: Create and develop innovative design solutions that align with project goals and brand guidelines across digital assets, print collateral and brand campaigns
Briefs: Craft comprehensive creative briefs for both in-house and external creative teams
Prototypes and Mockups: Produce prototypes, mockups, and wireframes to visualise design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback
Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and are consistent with brand guidelines
Handle colour correction, grading, retouching for images and videos and audio with videos where required

The Digital Marketing & Growth Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution, management and optimisation of digital marketing, customer acquisition, CRM and eCommerce activity across 4 different brands, including wine brands, hospitality and tourism.
Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager, the role translates brand, marketing and commercial strategy into measurable digital activity that grows audiences, acquires and retains customers, improves conversion and supports revenue growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to a digitally capable marketer who is confident executing and optimising established channels and campaigns, analysing performance and identifying opportunities for continual improvement.
The right person for this role will have 3-5 years of relevant experience across digital marketing, performance, eCommerce, CRM or consumer marketing.
