Digital Account Manager 

Our client is a creative agency based in Britomart, specialising in the NZ wine and spirits industry. They are part of an umbrella of 3 businesses, who operate with a small core team, and work with a wider range of freelancers as required.

Due to growth, they are looking for a Digital Account Manager. In this role, you will lead their clients' digital marketing and content strategies, while also owning the marketing initiatives for the business.

Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. You will have a focus on performance marketing, brand and campaign management, marketing automation, and e-commerce support.

You will have 2+ years experience in a digital marketing role or similar, with proven experience in account management, in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager is a must, Shopify and Squarespace experience is a bonus, but not essential.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
