Account Manager / Account Director

We are looking for freelancers to join us. We are a creative recruitment agency, with offices in Australia, New Zealand and now in London. We have a wide range of freelance and contract roles available for immediate starts across Junior, Intermediate & Senior levels. Assignments can range from 1 day through to 3 – 6 + month long contracts – offering you flexibility to pick and choose when you want to work. We are calling out to all Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Account Directors who are keen to be involved in exciting new projects across both agencies and in-house clients. You will thrive in fast paced environments, can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight.

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships comes as second nature to you. You are in your happy place operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. You are involved in every stage of the process to ensure the smooth production of projects and campaigns – from briefing creative, to managing budgets and the rollout of work.

Prior experience in a client service role is a must, as well as the ability to hit the ground running. You can get up to speed quickly on the client requirements, integrate and collaborate well in a team. You are supremely well-organised with excellent task management skills, and high attention to detail.
