Account Manager

Our client is a design agency, specialising in creative design and marketing services. Located in Parramatta, Sydney, they are looking for an Account Manager to assist the team with workflow management, client communication and project administration.

With over 10 years of industry experience, they are backed by a passionate team who are committed to delivering truly exceptional client experience. Focused on crafting authentic and simple brands, they place a strong emphasis on resonating deeply with diverse audiences.

As an ideal candidate, you will be proactive and positive, and bring at least 3-4 years of experience in an Account Manager role within a marketing and/or design agency and have a track record of successful client management and project deliveries in a fast-paced environment. You will also be highly organised, have strong interpersonal and communication skills and have excellent time management.

You will play a key role in participating in client brand discovery, applying valuable insights, and communicating with clients to handle feedback and briefs. You will also coordinate projects to ensure efficient workflow and shape internal processes, while maintaining a key eye for design and attention to detail.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate projects, update the team and manage the deadlines
  • Client management including handling feedback and briefs
  • Offer content advice and perform basic copywriting
  • Handle internal admin tasks for smooth operations
