Ecommerce Delivery Manager
  Our client is a digital agency that specialises in ecommerce project for clients both here and in Australia. They are a small but high performing team, and looking for an upper intermediate level Digital Delivery Manager to join their team based in Takapuna, Auckland.  This is a client facing role and primarily focused on retainer work, ultimately responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of work for each account assigned to them. You will strive to ensure that the agency is delivering the best solution possible for all work briefed in. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in an agency environment, with a successful track record in managing client projects. Ideally you will come from a digital background with a broad understanding of the eCommerce world and technologies, specifically Shopify and Big Commerce, and experience with project management software, along with familiarity with Professional Services delivery models and methodologies including scoping, governance, resource allocation.
