Strategic Partnership Collaborate with the UX Strategy Lead to align design solutions with research insights, product strategy, and business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with creatives, developers, strategists, and producers to ensure design intent translates into meaningful, functional user experiences. Process and Innovation Champion best practices in UX and UI, incorporating modern tools, systems thinking, and emerging technologies (including AI-assisted workflows) into design processes. Stakeholder Engagement Confidently present and communicate design decisions to clients and internal teams, translating complex requirements into clear, user-focused solutions. Who Are We Looking For? 7+ years of experience in UX/UI and product design, ideally within agency and/or product environments. Proven experience collaborating closely with development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences. Experience in design operations and in setting up the foundational systems and principles that help design teams grow and scale with consistency. Strong knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and component-based workflows. Proficiency in Adobe, Figma, Miro, Fig Jam, and other modern design collaboration tools. Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and design best practices. Strong communication and presentation skills and can lead workshops and presentations. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and can improve design processes and systems.
