Our client is a full-service marketing and communications agency based in Napier. They have built a reputation for having a highly specialist offering in the agribusiness sector, with a national and international client base. They are looking for a freelance digital marketer to support their team on an ongoing basis.
Key areas of focus:
Buying & Campaign Implementation: Digital campaign setup and execution
Optimisation: Ongoing campaign management and adjustments to meet KPIs, maintain budget compliance, and adhere to timelines
Reporting: Data collection and analysis for comprehensive end-of-campaign reports
Required platform proficiency:
Social Media: Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube
Programmatic Buying: Google DV360
Google Paid Search/Shopping
Experience managing campaigns in the financial services industry, with a focus on driving online enquiries, leads, and personal loan applications, along with strong performance marketing and CRO skills, is a bonus.

About the Role:

Who Are We Looking For?
7+ years of experience in UX/UI and product design, ideally within agency and/or product environments.
Proven experience collaborating closely with development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences.
Experience in design operations and in setting up the foundational systems and principles that help design teams grow and scale with consistency.
Strong knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and component-based workflows.
Proficiency in Adobe, Figma, Miro, Fig Jam, and other modern design collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and design best practices.
Strong communication and presentation skills and can lead workshops and presentations.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and can improve design processes and systems.
Experience leading or mentoring other designers.
