Account Manager – Media
Our client is a data-driven global marketing agency under the umbrella of a global network. They are fairly new to New Zealand and are growing fast. They are looking for an Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, your main responsibilities are to manage and execute media campaigns, from start to completion. You will work closely with the Business Director to maintain quality control of the media campaigns and continually evaluate and improve performance against client goals. You will be working collaboratively with the internal team, various specialist teams and media owners and other external agency partners. In this role you are responsible for junior to mid-level client relationships, ensuring everything is running smoothly and that all questions are answered in a timely manner, in accordance with the agency client service expectations. In addition to being involved in the planning of campaigns, you will be at times required to buy media campaigns (working with both specialists in TV and digital channels). As well as a solid offline understanding of media, the Account Manager is expected to have a working knowledge of the digital media arena and support the Digital Director and Performance team when required. The right person for this role will have at least 2-3 years of relevant media and client management experience, with implementation planning capabilities and understanding of media principles and finance. You will be conversant in the role of each channel and ability to provide justification / rationale and have well-developed time and project management skills, with good adherence to deadlines. Good client facing communication & presentation skills are of course a must! UX Designer
Our client is a busy and popular Auckland based real estate brand, located in a great central Auckland location. They are looking for a mid-senior UX Designer for a 3-month contract.  This is an inhouse / hybrid role. You bring senior skills as a UX designer for this 12-week contract to support in a Design Sprint. Ideally, you will have participated in a version of a “Google Design Sprint” or similar design sprint over a series of days. Not to be confused with product delivery or development sprints. Start date: Week commencing 22 September 2025 Contract length: 12 weeks (finishing 10 December 2025)   You will be working daily with a highly experienced Digital Lead, and you must be confident with your skills and communications, as you will working with a wider group of people who are very new to the Agile and Sprint way of working. You are an excellent problem solver, able to understand (and empathise) with various points of view and distil information quickly into the essence of the issue or opportunity at hand. Importantly, you need to be a great visual communicator. One of the key roles you will undertake is leading by example within the design sprint and then "fast forward" the team outside of Sprint days, taking on their concepts and bringing them to life so that they can move at pace. Digital Designer – 3 Month Contract
Are you looking for a 3-month Digital Design contract to sink your teeth into? Our client is in the educational sector, and their office is in Mt Albert, Auckland. In this role, you will work across all digital and collateral design for this in-house brand. You will ensure brand consistency is delivered across all channels, maintaining consistent delivery internally and externally. In this contract you will design and produce various collateral and assets, including instructional course materials, and the digital channels, follow the new brand guidelines for all ongoing digital and collateral design and develop, design, and coordinate any form of design communication and production as required, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand standards. You will be confident in creating digital marketing assets for the website, social media platforms, and eLearning platforms. You will oversee all print, production and delivery of marketing assets and collateral in line with brand and design standards. Occasional support of the Marketing coordinator with all merchandise design and procurement is also required. Lots of digital assets and elements need to be designed, you will have the skills in Webflow, Make, Typeform or Mailchimp. It is second nature for you to create and maintain positive relationships with all internal staff and help maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including design agencies, PR agencies, sponsors, attendees, and customers. You will have a graphic design qualification and a minimum of two years of design experience in corporate communications or a design environment, along with a high level of expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) and comfortable working with these programmes on both PC & Mac. Figma and Webflow are essential. You are computer savvy with a strong understanding of all media channels (including social media) Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. If you understand Webflow, WordPress or another digital equivalent and/or online publishing preferred.
