Marketing Automation Specialist
Our client is a Kiwi founded global business offering SaaS solutions to customers of varying sizes and stages, serving different customer profiles within the beauty industry. They have big goals and are ready to achieve them! They are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team on a 3 month contract. As an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist, you will support day to day execution across the Marketing and Creative teams. You will work hand in hand with the Marketing Automation Manager in areas like designing customer journeys and nurtures, or advising on best practice methods to maximise connection rates. The work is varied and you will have the opportunity to work across a myriad of different communication channels, as well as experiment with new tools or different ways of working. You will take the lead on advising best practice, ideal customer communication experiences and help to execute on campaign briefs across the core MAP tools (Marketo and Pendo). The right person for this role will have 3 or more years experience 3+ years experience with common MAPs and systems such as Marketo, Pendo or AppCues and iPaaS such as Workato or Zapier. You will have a strong understanding of CRMs and how these tools can interact with them, along with an understanding of AB testing principles and how to apply those learnings, the ability to troubleshoot bugs in journeys and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
