We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join a growing team in a dynamic industry. This full-time, in-office role based in Chipping Norton, Sydney is ideal for a midweight social media professional (2–3 years' experience) who thrives in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.
You will be responsible for content creation, editing, and strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Working alongside a full-time videographer and marketing coordinator, you will contribute to increasing social media engagement while creating social-first content that captures the real essence of the brand.
What You Will Do:
- Create and manage social media content - design, write, and curate engaging social media posts that resonate with target audiences across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute social strategies - collaborate with the marketing team to create social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive traffic, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Content editing and scheduling - edit content and schedule posts using social media management tools. Ensure all content is optimized for each platform.
- Engage with online communities - respond to comments and messages, interact with followers, and actively engage in conversations to build a loyal online community.
- Analyse and report performance - track social media metrics and analytics, providing insights and reports to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members - work closely with the videographer and marketing coordinator to ensure cohesive branding and storytelling across all social media platforms.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2-3 years of social media experience managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ideally within a brand or agency setting.
- Strong creative skills in content creation, including writing, photography, and video editing (basic editing skills required).
- Proven experience developing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.
- Confidence in managing social media calendars, editing content, and scheduling posts.
- A creative, outgoing, and bubbly personality—someone who enjoys working in a collaborative and high-energy team environment.
- Passion for brand building and creating authentic, social-first content that aligns with a brand’s voice.
