Senior Designer / Design Director

Our client, an independent sustainability consultancy and B Corp based in the Greenhouse Climate Tech Hub in Sydney, is dedicated to delivering sustainability approaches that support corporate strategy, navigate change, and contribute to a flourishing society and planet.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer or Design Director to join their team. This full-time role is flexible, offering the option to work 4 or 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have strong reporting experience, with additional skills in digital and UX being highly valued. This position is open to both Senior Designers with robust reporting and branding experience and candidates with strong UX/UI skills. Design Director level candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and execute design projects with a focus on sustainability reporting and branding
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective design solutions
• Utilise strong reporting experience to deliver comprehensive and visually appealing reports
• Apply digital and UX skills to enhance the user experience and functionality of projects
• Work within a hybrid environment, offering flexibility to work from Sydney or remotely

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer or Design Director, with a strong focus on sustainability reporting and branding
• Additional skills in digital and UX are highly valued
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Understanding of sustainability principles and the ability to integrate them into design projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
