Performance Manager
Our client is a Christchurch based Digital Agency, dedicated to crafting innovative, tailored solutions that drive measurable growth and success. They are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team on a contract basis.
In this role you will take the lead in planning, executing, and optimising high-impact digital advertising campaigns. You will work across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, ensuring our clients see measurable results in ROAS, ROI, and business growth.
This role is both hands-on and strategic—you will be on the tools daily, managing campaign execution, budgets, audience segmentation, and optimisation strategies. Your expertise in GA4 will be crucial in analysing performance data and refining campaign strategies, while knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) will help ensure accurate tracking and data integrity.
You will have 3+ years’ experience in digital account management with proven experience in performance marketing within a digital agency or similar environment. Strong expertise in GA4, with a data-driven approach to optimising for ROAS and user experience along with hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok and experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate tracking and reporting.
You will be confident in budget management, ensuring efficient allocation and optimisation for maximum impact and passionate about data, analytics, and continual optimisation to drive results.
