We have partnered with an independent creative and digital agency in Surry Hills, Sydney to assist in finding a Junior Designer. This full-time role, ideally starting late February to early March 2025, is perfect for someone with a couple of years of experience in content and digital design. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are essential, and experience in UI design, motion graphics, or social media content creation would be a nice plus. With a strong pipeline of work, this has become a key priority for this innovative agency.

As a Junior Designer, you will be involved in a variety of design projects across digital, social, video, and print. You will have the opportunity to build your skills and work closely with a collaborative team of creatives. About you:

• You have 1-3 years of experience working in content and digital design
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with UI design principles
• Experience in motion graphics or creating social media content is highly desirable
• You have a keen eye for design and typography, with the ability to deliver creative work that aligns with brand goals
• You are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• You are passionate about learning and open to constructive feedback
