Our client is a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial creative and digital agency based in Rosebery, Sydney. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team, as they go from strength to strength each year with an exciting roster of clients.

For this role we are seeking someone who can work full time and from the Rosebery offices with flexibility WFH hours.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for digital marketing across numerous clients – acting as subject matter expert within the agency - from strategy to execution including SEO/SEM, social media, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.

The day to day will also include:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, social media, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain a social media presence including on-brand copywriting and content production/ curation
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


As the ideal fit candidate you will have a track record of at least 4 years in digital marketing – ideally with agency experience. You will have clear and demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns as well as experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. You will bring strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, whilst thriving in a busy and fast paced agency team.
