Digital Designer - Midweight

Our client is a full-service creative agency dedicated to crafting charismatic brands that people prefer. They specialise in brand strategy, visual identity, website design, video production, and marketing campaigns. The agency also runs some of Australia's acclaimed live music series featuring prominent artists.

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Digital Designer who thrives on variety and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide spectrum of industries, engaging in dynamic branding projects and the design of cutting-edge digital interfaces and websites. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to seamlessly integrate creative concepts into functional digital designs, ensuring each project not only meets but exceeds client expectations. While the position is open to hybrid work, there is a preference for 4-5 days a week in the studio.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create charismatic visual identities for client rebrands
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites and digital interfaces
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective design solutions
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure designs align with other creative services within the agency

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer, with a strong focus on UI design and branding. Skills in motion design are a plus
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with web design principles, including responsive design and UX best practices
• Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create cohesive brand identities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and taste
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
